Her vision and strategic acumen have propelled on a path of rapid growth and innovation. she has the finest experience working in all Chip Design phases – end-to-end, Management, Project Execution and running Operations of VLSI Practice.  Her past achievements include building from scratch and managing Strong Engineering teams in Services and IP development.

She is known for his strategic vision, leading VLSI IBUs, fostering business growth, and building enduring client partnerships. RK has successfully steered his team to outstanding project delivery for major clients. She continues to shape the VLSI industry's future with his visionary leadership and extensive expertise.
